Chemical anchors, also called viscous chemical anchors, are composed of metal screws and planting glue. It is composed of fast-curing vinyl resin and curing agent, with small margins and high bearing capacity. Chemical anchor bolts formed by anchoring glue are currently the most widely used keel fixing products.
The pre-embedded mechanical anchor bolts are pre-set in the structure and solidify together with the cast-in-place concrete to form an integral anchor bolt. The advantages of seamless connection of embedded mechanical anchors make it considered as one of the most reliable and safest mechanical anchors.
The anchoring force of the reaming type anchor bolt comes from the mechanical locking force formed by the key between the reaming hole at the bottom of the anchor hole and the expansion part of the anchor bolt. It is an anchor bolt formed by the key between the reamed hole at the bottom of the anchor hole and the expansion part of the anchor bolt. It is divided into pre-reamed anchors and self-reamed anchors. Compared with the other three, its load-bearing capacity and tensile load-bearing capacity are relatively strong.
The expansion anchor is a reamed anchor that uses the expansion part to squeeze the wall of the anchor hole to form an anchoring effect. It can be divided into two types: torque-controlled expansion fixing bolts and displacement-controlled expansion fixing bolts. The anchoring capacity of the expansion anchor comes from the friction between the expansion part and the wall of the anchor hole, which is relatively poor in terms of bearing capacity and tensile bearing capacity.
Compared with the above four types of mechanical bolts, chemical bolts are more economical and are the most widely used. Pre-embedded mechanical anchors and reamed mechanical anchors are the safest, reliable and excellent; expansion bolts are not recommended for curtain wall structures.
